USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
For Backflushing (Group Head Cleaning):

Remove the coffee filter basket and insert a blind filter into your portafilter.

Empty one 5g sachet of Cafetto Espresso Clean into the portafilter and lock it into the group head.

Start the cleaning cycle for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner, then pause for 10 seconds.

Repeat this start-stop cycle four more times.

Remove the portafilter and rinse it thoroughly under running water.

Use a group brush to clean the shower screen and group seal.

Reinsert the portafilter with the blind filter and run 10 rinse cycles with fresh water.

Season the machine by brewing and discarding a single espresso shot.
For Soaking Components:

Dissolve one 5g sachet in 500ml of hot water.

Soak your filter baskets and portafilters (metal parts only) for 10 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly under hot running water.
