USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
For Automatic Machines:

Always follow the specific manufacturer’s maintenance instructions for your model.

When prompted by the cleaning cycle, place one Cafetto S15 tablet into the designated cleaning slot or ground coffee bypass chute.
For Manual Domestic Machines (Backflushing):

Insert a blind filter or rubber disc into the portafilter.

Place one S15 tablet into the portafilter and lock it into the group head.

Start the cycle for 10 seconds to dissolve, then pause for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.

Brush the group head and seal to remove loose grounds.

Reinsert the blind filter and run 10 rinse cycles (5 seconds each) with fresh water.

Season by brewing and discarding a single espresso shot before serving.
