These pro heat elements are the only style that Dualit still supply

Be aware of non-genuine compatible elements,

which do not last as long and produce uneven heat.

This new style element is a direct replacement for the classic square-shaped elements.

Please note it is highly recommended to replace all 4 elements together to prevent uneven toasting.

Some crackling noise and smell is normal during the first use with new elements.

This product should be fitted by a suitably trained and qualified technician
