USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
For Automatic Machines:

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the cleaning cycle (usually located in the maintenance menu).

Insert one Cafetto S15 tablet into the designated cleaning slot or ground coffee bypass chute when prompted.
For Manual Domestic Machines (Backflushing):

Insert a blind filter into your portafilter.

Place one S15 tablet into the portafilter and lock it into the group head.

Run the cycle for 10 seconds, then pause for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.

Remove the portafilter and rinse. Reinsert the blind filter and run 10 rinse cycles.
-
Brew and discard a single espresso to re-season the machine.
