USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Daily Backflushing Procedure:
-
Remove the filter basket and insert a blind filter.
-
Add one level scoop (included) of Cafetto EVO into the portafilter.
-
Insert the portafilter into the group head and run the cycle for 10 seconds.
-
Stop for 10 seconds. Repeat this start-stop cycle four more times.
-
Remove the portafilter and rinse it well. Brush the group head and shower screen.
-
Reinsert the blind filter and run the rinse cycle 10 more times (5s on, 2s off).
-
Replace with a regular basket, brew, and discard one espresso shot to re-season the machine.
Cleaning Portafilters & Baskets:
-
Dissolve two level scoops of Cafetto EVO in 500ml of hot water.
-
Soak portafilters and baskets for 10 minutes.
-
Rinse all parts thoroughly under hot running water.
