USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
For Backflushing (Daily Maintenance):

Insert a blind filter into your portafilter.

Add one level scoop of Cafetto EVO into the portafilter (use two scoops if cleaning is infrequent).

Insert the portafilter into the group head and run the cycle for 10 seconds.

Stop for 10 seconds. Repeat this start-stop cycle four more times.

Remove the portafilter and rinse well. Brush the shower screen and group seal.

Reinsert the blind filter and run the cycle 10 more times to rinse thoroughly.

Season the machine by brewing and discarding a single espresso shot.
For Soaking Components:

Dissolve two level scoops of Cafetto EVO in 500ml of hot water.
-
Soak portafilters and filter baskets for 10 minutes.
-
Rinse all parts thoroughly under hot running water.
